Lakeshore lawyers provide legal advice, document review and preparation, negotiation, mediation, court representation, legal education presentations for community groups, and referrals to other available community resources. Lakeshore cannot provide criminal legal aid, and services may be limited by the number of lawyers and other resources available. LLA is looking for a dedicated lawyer to advocate and litigate low-income and elderly clients. Employee lawyers are responsible for representing clients holistically in order to achieve clients` objectives through advocacy, including litigation. In addition to representing individual clients, lawyers are expected to be active in the community by participating in outreach activities and community organizations.
